Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how WEXERA LTD ("we", "us", "our") handles cancellations, returns and refunds for purchases made on https://googolsell.com/ (the "Website" or "Platform"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Cancellation of an order before payment
You may cancel an Order at any time before payment is completed. No charges or restrictions apply to such cancellations.
2. No cancellation after delivery of digital content
Due to the nature of the Products, which consist of digital license keys with unique characteristics, cancellation or return is not possible once the Order has been paid for and the Product has been delivered or made available to the User. By completing the purchase, the User acknowledges and agrees that the supply of digital content begins immediately after payment, resulting in the loss of any statutory right of withdrawal where applicable under law.
3. Quality guarantee
If an activation key supplied to you does not work or does not match the description of the Product, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase, providing your order number and a description of the issue.
In such cases, we will use reasonable efforts to:
- verify the issue together with you;
- provide a replacement key for the same Product where possible; or
- if replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, issue a refund for the affected Product.
This guarantee does not apply where the activation issue results from factors outside our control, such as compatibility problems with your device, regional restrictions imposed by the publisher, or the User's breach of the publisher's end-user licence agreement.
4. Refund in case of inability to fulfil the Order
If we are unable to fulfil our obligations to deliver a paid Product (for example, the Product becomes unavailable from our suppliers), we will refund the amount paid for that Product. Refunds are made through the same payment method that was used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed with the User.
5. Refund procedure
Where a refund is due under this Refund Policy or applicable consumer law, we will process the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of confirming that the User is entitled to a refund.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Where, for technical reasons, refund to the original method is not possible, we will agree an alternative method with the User in writing.
Where bank or payment-provider fees are deducted from a refund, this will be communicated to the User in advance.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights in the European Economic Area.
